Dark red ruby wine, full nose continuously evolving taste by taste. Altura has lovely aromas of cherry and black cherry moving to mint chocolate sensation and gentle tobacco flavor. The palate is savory and lively acid.

Excellent with red meat grilled or stewed as well as game.
